Lab Results

1. Our lab results are delivered through an electronic messaging system. Once a provider reviews the results, the system will call your number that you have registered with MedDerm. When prompted for a password, enter your date of birth in format mm/dd/yyyy using your phone keypad.
2. After your provider has reviewed your results, they are available through the patient portal or you can give us a call at 619-542-0013.
3. You may also obtain and download your lab results on our Patient Portal.
