Christian Hoag is the owner and chief of operations. He received his M.B.A. in 2003 from San Diego State University and his B.A. in Economics in 1992 from the University of Connecticut.

Stephanie is our Nurse Manager. She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse, a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and a Clinical Research Coordinator. She has 20 years of nursing experience in dermatology, pediatrics, internal medicine and rehabilitation medicine.

Karla is our Clinical Research Coordinator. She has 12 years of experience in research procedures, database management and front office administration in dermatology and internal medicine.

Lupita is a Certified Medical Assistant specializing in dermatologic nursing, scribing and laboratory procedures. She has 7 years of nursing experience in dermatology and otolaryngology.

Lynne specializes in front office scheduling, reception, and medical records coordination. She has 11 years of combined experience in dermatology, veterinary administration and general medical billing.

Phuong is a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the AAPC. She has over 20 years of experience in medical billing for gynecology, internal medicine, family medicine, physical therapy and dermatology.

Courtney is our Front Office Lead. She is our patient referral coordinator, the active contact for medical billing questions, and she cross covers as a medical assistant. Her 12 years of experience in customer service has included office administration in Dermatology, Orthopedics and Internal Medicine.
